Your journey starts now—protect and innovate with MANTECH! ***This is for a future opportunity*** MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-driven Senior Logistics Planner to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii . This role is onsite. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Authorizes, plans, and coordinates the overarching technical execution of logistics planning studies and validates the accuracy of multidepartmental sustainment models across public and private sector configurations. Serve as the final authority for investigating enterprise planning discrepancies and approving complex root cause analyses to address strategic distribution gaps. Formulate long-range logistical policies and establish rigorous performance baselines to optimize organizational readiness metrics. Authorize and validates the synchronization of theaterwide distribution activities, surface husbandry requirements, and multimodal transit coordination with critical joint, component, and expeditionary command partners. Lead high-level strategic assessments of theater resource utilization and approve Tactical Maneuver Plans to protect logistics lines of communication in contested settings. Deliver expert-level briefings and strategic optimization papers to senior leadership to systematically mitigate regional sustainment gaps. Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education). Experience in formal logistics oversight and leading technical root cause analysis for sustainment disruptions. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, or any higher degree. Experience with DoW logistics planning tools (e.g., JOPES or SMS). Knowledge of USSOCOM expeditionary logistics and joint theater distribution systems. Proficiency in Time-Phased Force and Deployment Data (TPFDD) development and analysis. Clearance Requirement: Must hold an active Secret clearance. Physical Requirements: The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations. The projected compensation range for this position is $134,700.00-$239,600.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
