Full-time SPECIALITY CLINICAL EDUCATOR - EDUCATION - FT, DAYS Roswell, Georgia Healthcare / Health Services - Nursing Experience: 2-5 years Degree: Bachelor's Relocation assistance: Yes Bonus: Yes Occasional Travel: Yes Job Description Plans, coordinates, and implements educational programs and activities that promote the professional development of clinical staff. Provides leadership and facilitation for developing and maintaining nursing practice standards, policies, and procedures. Serves as a consultant in clinical practice, education, and research. Qualifications Required Education, Training, and Experience Nursing degree required; a Master’s degree is preferred. If not Master’s prepared, must be actively pursuing it during employment. Prior experience in Critical Care and/or Emergency Department preferred. Previous staff development/teaching experience required. Required Licenses and Certifications Licensed in Georgia as a Registered Nurse. Current BLS and ACLS certifications required. ACLS/BLS Instructor certification and CEN/CCRNs preferred. Other Required Skills and Knowledge Excellent clinical skills, knowledge of adult learning principles, computer skills, creativity, organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently. Strong oral and written communication skills essential for effective communication with hospital staff, patients, physicians, and the public.
