Greystones is hiring a Metrics Business Analyst to support the Navy. This employee will support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational and performance data to identify trends, support strategic initiatives, and improve efficiency. The Metrics Business Analyst will also play a critical role in minimizing redundant data collection efforts and enhancing the effectiveness of metrics reporting through the application of industry’s best practices. Onsite in Jacksonville, FL 401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs), develop reporting solutions, and ensure data integrity across business lines. Work with technical, multi-user, web-based systems such as Microsoft Access, SharePoint, SQL and similar platforms. Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and performance data to identify trends, support strategic initiatives, and improve efficiency. Assist in developing streamlined processes to reduce unnecessary and duplicate work. Provide department heads with qualitative and quantitative reports, graphs, and charts to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of data collection, data analysis, objectives and goals. Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with Subject Matter Experts, program managers, and technical teams. Transform complex data into easy-to-understand graphs, charts and tables. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of equivalent military or commercial experience. 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence. Experience with Access, SharePoint, MS Office Suite, SQL, VBA, and HTML. Experience preparing and delivering high-level briefings and presentations to stakeholders. Experience creating reports and presentations in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Foster positive working relationships with teams across departments. Ability to pull reports and queries and perform data analysis.
