Job Title: Receiving Verifier

Location: On-site Pooler GA

Shift
1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 4:30PM - 1:00AM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Receiving Verifier to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately confirming, scanning, and documenting incoming merchandise to ensure quality control and proper inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, and correct product identification.

• Utilize handheld RF scanners to scan and process inventory into the system.

• Promptly report discrepancies, damaged goods, or equipment scanning issues to site supervision.

• Adhere to all established receiving, inventory, and quality assurance procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Qualifications:

• High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable operating handheld electronic scanners and inventory technology.

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow standard operating procedures.

• Previous experience in warehouse receiving, quality control, or inventory verification preferred.

  
  

  Warehouse Dress Code & General Requirements

• Closed-toe shoes are required. Safety shoes or work shoes should be worn where required by the site.
• Wear clean, work-appropriate clothing suitable for a warehouse environment. Clothing must allow safe movement and must not create a snagging hazard.
• No loose or excessively baggy clothing, open-toe shoes, sandals, slippers, or high heels.
• Long hair should be secured when working near machinery or material-handling equipment.
• Required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety vests or other site-issued equipment, must be worn as directed.
• Clothing or accessories with offensive, unsafe, or inappropriate wording or graphics are not permitted.
• Employees must follow all site safety, security, attendance, and conduct rules while on assignment.
