As a Receptionist at Spring Creek Rehab, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including:

• Greeting patients and visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries

• Managing incoming and outgoing mail, messages, and phone calls

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files

• Providing administrative support to other departments as needed

• Participating in special projects and events as required

• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations
