Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Minnesota physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
Demonstrated competence with patient evaluations, therapeutic exercise plans, and mobility training preferred.
Ability to document using electronic medical record systems preferred.
