About the Role: Atlantic Offshore Fishery in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ is looking for a skilled and passionate Fish Case Worker to join our team! Responsibilities: Stock, arrange, and maintain an attractive and well-organized fresh fish display case Monitor product freshness, rotation, and proper icing of all seafood items Assist customers with seafood selection, preparation tips, and product knowledge Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in the seafood department Operate and clean seafood department equipment including slicers, scales, and knives Requirements: Prior experience in a seafood department, fish market, or related food service role preferred Knowledge of fresh fish and seafood varieties, handling, and preparation techniques Strong knife skills and comfort with filleting and portioning seafood Understanding of food safety regulations and proper temperature control (ServSafe a plus) Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr atlantic offshore fishery
