Enjoy the opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment in a dynamic setting.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical systems and equipment.Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in machinery, tools, and systems.Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.Install and configure new equipment and systems.Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve system reliability and efficiency.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.Essential SkillsStrong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.Experience with preventive maintenance and industrial equipment.Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.High School Diploma or equivalent, with additional vocational or technical training preferred.Proficiency in a Microsoft environment.At least 3 years of experience in an industrial environment.Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Work EnvironmentThe work environment includes wearing steel toe boots, jeans, and a long sleeve or t-shirt, with all other safety equipment provided. The facility contains kilns and oven equipment for molding products, which can result in temperatures reaching 105+ degrees in the summer. The shop environment may be dirty and dusty at times. Employees take turns being on-call for a week, with pay at 1.5x and a 2-hour minimum for any on-call work. Shift times are flexible and can be adjusted as needed.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Lebanon, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $74880.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.See account page for detailed around benefits.
