Stand Worker - Levi's Stadium

Position Title: Stand Worker at Levi's Stadium Pay Range: $23.95 Job Summary Sell concessions to customers at various events. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sell concessions, including soft drinks and various food items, to customers at events. Serve customers efficiently and friendly following outlined steps of service. Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly, service‑oriented manner. Relay relevant information to supervisor. Perform sales transactions in a timely fashion, entering sales into the cash register to ensure accurate record‑keeping. Make change, accept acceptable forms of payment, and issue receipts to customers. Follow standard cash handling procedures. Be responsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts, ensuring the cash drawer complies with overage/shortage standards. Replenish condiments and general supplies, and maintain cleanliness of concession area. Ensure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.
