- Sprint and Release Execution: Plan sprints, track progress, and coordinate releases with the engineering team. Run standups, epic reviews, and retrospectives that stay focused and useful.
- Plans and Reporting: Keep Jira plans, capacity, epic status, and risk logs current. Send weekly updates that give leadership a clear picture without follow-up questions.
- Cross-Team Dependencies: Spot blockers early and help resolve them. Coordinatework across software, robotics, field operations, and business development. Speak upfor the team's capacity in cross-team planning.
- Field Requests: Help the team respond to requests from active construction projectswithout losing focus on planned work. Sort what is urgent, what can wait, and who needsto weigh in.

- Capacity and Quarterly Planning: Model capacity, sequence work, and checktimelines during quarterly planning. Watch for workload that may lead to burnout andraise it early.
- Process and Team Health: Improve practices that slow the team down. Onboard newteam members into how the team plans and ships.
- Mentorship and Cross-Functional Leadership: Coach other program managers and partners on planning practices that work. Advise cross-functional partners on delivery and prioritization questions.
