To date, over 7 million people have tried their hand, and over 550 million darts have been thrown.Position Purpose:Servers are responsible for delivering to each guest a unique high-quality experience with passion and knowledge in an energetic atmosphere. They ensure accurate orders of food and beverage are received and delivered properly while being readily available. Servers provide a practical role of ensuring our guests have an excellent time and want for nothing is a vital aspect of our service performance. Our emphasis on product knowledge is essential to deliver an experience above the ordinary. Together our team members work to create an atmosphere of fun in a positive culture of teamwork and hard work. We expect nothing short of greatness and know personality sets us apart to make you the ringleader of your show each shift.Responsibilities:Report for all scheduled shifts punctually in proper attire to proper health and hygiene standardsAccurately ring in all food, beverage, gaming, and event charges into the POSFollow proper service standards timely and efficiently to every guestReceive, deliver, and replenish all food/beverage to guestsAssist in running food throughout the shift and ensure pre bussing is maintainedGenerate accurate daily cash reports, proper sales, and total daily tips receivedLearn and maintain knowledge of food, beverage, and gamingBuild a rapport with guests, be active in assisting, and communicating requestsAccurately know all numbers to tables and gaming areasMaintain quality condition of gaming equipment including sanitationComplete opening, closing, and running duties as assigned each shiftAttend training sessions and team meetings as required per departmentComply with the Company’s rules and procedures along with any reasonable requests made from management during a shiftFollow all health and safety guidelines maintaining to proper procedures and reporting to management any hazardous situation or incidentOur Leadership Principles Are:Listen to the Customer both external customers and internal customersOwn the Problem, doing your best to solve the problem and seek help from others.
