Business Compliance - Senior Coordinator

Position Summary The Senior Coordinator Business Compliance (SCBC) will be primarily responsible for running daily, weekly, monthly and on‑demand reports, providing trend analysis related to hierarchy and call recording. The SCBC Coordinator will analyze reporting data to identify and prevent call‑recording issues, with a general understanding of how the IT architecture works for programs including VoIP/TDM call center phones, NICE, Mattersight, Verint and ticket systems. The SCBC Coordinator will also manage call‑recording projects internally to ensure business requirements are identified and delivered. This includes attending daily status meetings, coordinating testing, identifying concerns or dependencies for operations teams, and providing project scope details to the SCBC team for production integration. Responsibilities Run daily, weekly, monthly, and on‑demand reports and provide trend analysis related to hierarchy and call recording. Analyze reporting data to identify and prevent call‑recording issues, understanding IT architecture for VoIP/TDM call center phones, NICE, Mattersight, Verint, and ticket systems. Manage internal call‑recording projects: attend status meetings, coordinate testing, identify concerns or dependencies, and deliver project scope details for production integration. Required Qualifications 1 year of experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). 1 year of experience communicating with internal and external associates, teams, and business leaders. Minimum of 1 year of experience with root‑cause analysis: proactively asking questions, gathering and analyzing data, and solving problems with urgency. Minimum of 2 years of experience within a call‑monitoring environment. Experience rapidly adjusting priorities to meet changing business requirements and to prioritize tasks in a goal‑conflicted environment. Overall comprehension of IT architecture involving phone switches and call‑recording solutions, including VoIP/TDM call center phones, NICE, Mattersight, Verint, and comparable ticket systems. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field. High School Diploma or GED (General Equivalent). Compensation and Work Hours Anticipated weekly hours: 40. Full‑time position. Pay range: $18.50 - $35.29 per hour, based on experience, education, geography, and other factors. Eligible for bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive programs.
