Dunkin' is looking for a driven Assistant Manager to partner with our Restaurant Manager in running a high-performing location. You'll develop people, uphold operational standards, and help drive the business- all while building the skills to advance into a General Manager role.You'll share accountability across three pillars of restaurant success:TeamAssist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing a high-performing teamSet clear expectations and hold team members accountable for behavior and performanceSupport the growth of Crew Members and Shift Leaders through coaching and feedbackFoster a culture where people feel recognized, challenged, and motivated to improveOperational ExcellenceChampion a guest-first mentality across every shift and every transactionEnsure shifts are properly staffed and Brand standards, recipes, and systems are consistently executedMaintain a safe, clean, and fully compliant restaurant environment at all timesReview guest feedback and restaurant assessment results; develop and implement action plansAssist in executing new product roll-outs including team training and in-restaurant marketingBusiness & Financial PerformanceSupport cost control efforts to help maximize location profitabilityHelp drive and track sales goals with a results-oriented approachExecute all promotional and marketing initiatives accurately and on scheduleApply P&L knowledge to identify performance trends and support data-driven decisionsMinimum RequirementsRestaurant, retail, or supervisory experienceBasic math and financial management proficiencyFluent in English (written and verbal)Basic computer skillsHigh School diploma or equivalentMust be at least 18 years of ageYou'll Stand Out If You HaveExperience in a shift lead or assistant manager role in a QSR or food service environmentA track record of developing and motivating hourly team membersHands-on familiarity with scheduling, food cost, or labor managementA strong sense of urgency and ownership on the floor
