Seeking a qualified Reverse Mortgage Processor, the full-time remote position will manage loan file documentation, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and facilitate communication among various stakeholders throughout the mortgage processing lifecycle. Key responsibilities: Process applications from submission to underwriting and closing Communicate daily with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, and title companies Review and organize loan documentation in the loan imaging system Required qualifications: Minimum 3 years of FHA processing experience preferred Experience in reverse mortgage processing is essential Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in mortgage lending (TILA, RESPA, etc.) Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently with exceptional attention to detail
