Medical Device Assembler

In this role, you will perform detailed assembly operations following precise technical instructions and regulatory standards in a clean environment. Responsibilities Execute precise assembly operations using technical drawings, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Accurately measure and document process parameters, reporting any material shortages or process deviations immediately. Perform routine quality checks on small components to ensure adherence to strict regulatory guidelines. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation while following all lockout/tagout safety protocols. Utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gowns, and masks. Skills Exceptional hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling tiny, delicate components. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently in a structured environment. Good visual acuity to inspect products accurately for process deviations. Qualifications Dependable and available to work 1st shift (4:45 AM ??? 3:15 PM). Prior manufacturing experience, especially with microscope inspection or soldering, is strongly preferred. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment. Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
