RN - Baptist ICU Stepdown - Nights

Overview INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center, Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system, has a great opportunity for a RN in Oklahoma City, OK. This position is night shift with the ICU Stepdown team, delivering patient care. The role requires population-specific competencies and may involve floating to other units and on-call status as needed. Responsibilities Management of the delivery and documentation of patient care using the nursing process Assessment/re-assessments Development of the plan of care Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate Qualifications RN (Registered Nurse) current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire Hospice Only: Current CPR required in lieu of BLS Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill Hospice and Employee Health: Valid driver’s license in the state where employed, available and dependable transportation, ability to drive, and proof of current automobile liability insurance. INTEGRIS Mental Health: This job requires the incumbent to operate a INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Driver’s License as well as a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier.
