Our client, a leading healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, is seeking a Patient Checkout Representative to join their team. As a Patient Checkout Representative, you will be part of the Front Office Support team supporting patient services and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Casper, WY

Shift: Mon-Fri

What's the Job?

• Greet patients in a professional and courteous manner during the checkout process.
• Schedule follow-up appointments, procedures, and referrals as directed by providers.
• Collect co-pays, balances due, and other patient payments accurately.
• Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information to ensure records are current.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with appointment-related questions, maintaining excellent customer service.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in medical office, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with patients and team members.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
