AI Agent Engineer

AI Agent Engineer Location: Malvern, PA / Dallas, TX We are seeking an Agent Builder with 6-8 years of experience in software development and cloud technologies to build Al-powered agents using Amazon Bedrock. The ideal candidate will have experience developing conversational Al solutions, RAG applications, and integrating enterprise data sources. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Al agents using Amazon Bedrock. Build conversational Al and task-based agent workflows. Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise data. Integrate agents with APIs, enterprise applications, and AWS services. Job Description: Perform prompt engineering, testing, and performance optimization. Implement security, access controls, and governance best practices. Required Qualifications: 6-8 years of experience in Software Development, Cloud, or AI/ML. Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock. Strong Python programming skills. Experience building chatbots, virtual assistants, or Al agents. Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and API integrations. Understanding of AWS services and security best practices.
