Behind every great store is a strong production team. As a Retail Production Associate, you’ll play a critical role in processing and preparing non-clothing donations for the sales floor - helping turn everyday items into valuable resources that fund our programs.

What You’ll Do

- Sort non-clothing ('hardlines') donations into sellable, salvage, or trash categories following Goodwill standards - Assess quality and identify items of value for pricing - Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality expectations - Prepare donations for the sales floor - Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and production areas - Dispose of unsellable items using proper procedures (compactor/dumpster) - Support donation door operations and assist with donation movement as needed

- Ability to assess item quality and make sound decisions - Reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute every day - Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently

Compensation

- $16.00–$17.00/hour, based on experience, skills, and education - Ongoing review of pay and benefits to remain competitive - Potential bonus eligibility for full time employees
