Special Procedures/Unit Details : - Special Equipment : Nitrous, Birthing tub, Birthing ball, Peanut ball, Novi #Tier2 Travel Compliance Candidate must go into the lab within 48 hours after signing. All testing must be completed within 48 hours. Include status and intent in the submission. Local candidates ( 50 miles) : Lower rate applies. RTO : Up to 7 days auto approved (no holidays). Must work 2 of 3 major holidays. No RTO during first week. All RTO must be pre-approved. Cannot request additional RTO after signing. NC or Compact license pending OK for submittal.
