Role Overview:
We are hiring a qualified LCSW Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision, case consultation, and regulatory oversight for Associate Social Workers (LCSWAs / LMSWs) and Case Managers across Georgia and North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver weekly/bi-weekly individual and group supervision to associate social workers and clinical staff.
- Audit clinical charts, psychosocial assessments, and care coordination plans for compliance and quality control.
- Maintain required state supervision logs, evaluation forms, and board documentation.
- Provide clinical direction for crisis situations, mandatory reporting, and high-risk client interventions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on program development and staff training.
Qualifications:
- Active, fully unrestricted LCSW license in Georgia, North Carolina, or dual licensure.
- NC Board Requirement: Minimum of 2 years of post-LCSW clinical practice experience.
- GA Board Requirement: Fully licensed LCSW in good standing.
- Previous experience supervising associate-level clinicians or leading clinical teams in community settings.
- Excellent knowledge of clinical ethics, diagnostic standards, and GA/NC Medicaid requirements.
