Technician II - Electrical Assembly & Vehicle Integration

We're looking for a hands-on technician with experience in electrical assembly, wiring, and vehicle integration. This individual will support the assembly of prototype and low-volume production vehicles by building, routing, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems. Success in this role requires attention to detail, strong workmanship, and the ability to work closely with engineering as designs evolve.

What You'll Do

• Build, route, terminate, and secure wiring harnesses and electrical assemblies.
• Perform wire crimping, connector installation, pinning, depinning, and cable routing.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Install and integrate electrical components, sensors, controllers, and vehicle electronics.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults using multimeters and other diagnostic equipment.
• Support engineering changes, prototype builds, and continuous product improvements.
• Ensure builds meet quality, safety, and workmanship standards.
• Document issues and provide feedback to engineering during prototype development.

Qualifications

• Experience with wire harness assembly, crimping, cable routing, or electrical integration.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Comfortable using multimeters, continuity testers, and basic electrical diagnostic tools.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing clean, organized work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving engineering environment.

Preferred Experience

• Automotive, EV, aerospace, motorsports, robotics, military, or industrial electrical assembly.
• Familiarity with Deutsch, Molex, TE Connectivity, or similar connector systems.
• Experience with CAN bus, low-voltage vehicle systems, or prototype builds.
