Flatbed Truck Driver (1099) - Job Overview

Step into ownership with strong earnings. Net $85,000-$120,000 per year, earning 65% of revenue + 100% fuel surcharge, with weekly direct deposits, no trailer rentals, and lower fixed costs to help protect your cash flow.*
Start with extra cash in your pocket. Earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus* when you join Boyd-because a strong start matters.
Home weekends, every week. Run hard during the week and be home every weekend, giving you a rhythm that works for real life.
Keep more of what you earn. Get 100% of detention pay, no trailer rentals, and weekly direct-deposit settlements.*
Freight that works smarter. Run the same driver-friendly flatbed freight with 40% drop + hook and 40% non-tarped loads.

Lease Purchase Program Details

Modern trucks, flexible terms. Choose from 2023-2026 Kenworths and Internationals, with lease terms ranging from 2.5 to 6 years based on truck selection.
Low-barrier entry. Get started with no credit check, no money down, and no balloon payment.
Predictable weekly costs. Average weekly truck payments run $700-$850, with low insurance and fixed costs to help protect your cash flow.
