Qualifications:

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Valid state license or eligibility
• Recent acute care experience preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• BLS certification (required); ACLS/PALS (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and provide respiratory therapies to patients across age groups
• Administer and monitor mechanical ventilation
• Perform arterial blood gas sampling and analysis
• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate patient records and complete required documentation
