Maintenance Technician
Maintenance technician $35+ Open on all shift
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480V (single & three-phase)
- Diagnose and fix mechanical issues (bearings, belts, gears, shafts)
- Assist with PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley)
- Work with pneumatic systems and use meters for diagnostics
- Help build, install, and wire new equipment
- Assist with control panel wiring and assembly
- Support general facility maintenance as needed
- Keep work areas clean and safe
What We're Looking For
- Entry-level to 1+ year of maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing experience
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- Ability to read basic schematics (or willingness to learn)
- Comfortable using hand tools
Nice to Have
- Trade school or technical training
- Experience with 480V, conduit, or relay logic
- Basic welding (MIG, Stick, or Arc)

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of VALPARAISO, IN.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
