Advanced Practice Caregiver Oncology Nurse Practitioner

Location: Coos Bay, OR

Start Date: As soon as possible

End Date/Duration: Permanent, Full-Time

Shift: Day shift, 4 ten-hour shifts (No nights or weekends)

Hours/week: 40

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

License/Certs: Board Certified Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

Experience: Prior oncology or outpatient clinical experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

Average Rate: $135,626.50 USD annually (full-time equivalent)

What You'll Do

  • Provide outpatient oncology care, supporting chemotherapy and infusion treatments
  • Collaborate with oncologists and interdisciplinary team members
  • Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Manage follow-up care and coordinate with support services
  • Participate in clinical trials and cancer support programs
  • Support patient education and symptom management
  • Share on-call responsibilities equally within the team

What You Need

  • Active Oregon Nurse Practitioner license (Board Certified)
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in outpatient oncology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of EPIC electronic health records system
