As a ZumaReservationist, you are responsible for managing reservations and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. Operating from an office environment, you will provide exceptional guest service by ensuring seamless coordination of bookings, handling inquiries, and supporting the reception team. Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style.
