Civil Project Engineer III - Land Development Full-time Division: Land Development Engineering The Project Engineer III will contribute to a wide range of land development projects—from residential neighborhoods to commercial developments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Design site layouts, grading, utilities, and stormwater systems using Civil 3D and other modeling tools. Perform engineering calculations and solve real-world design challenges. Prepare technical specifications and construction documents. Conduct research and write objective reports to support project completion. Assist with cost estimates and construction planning. Support field inspections and data collection. Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and senior engineers to deliver high-quality results. Skills/Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 6+ years of experience in land development engineering, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. EIT certification preferred. Proficiency in Civil 3D and/or other CAD software. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
