- Project Manager - CRM Data MigrationApply**Job#: 3046363****Job Description:**Project Manager - CRM Data Migration**Location:** Kansas City, Missouri (Remote)Role OverviewWe are seeking a Project Manager to lead a CRM data migration initiative. This role involves moving CRM data from Microsoft Dynamics into an existing Salesforce environment. The focus is on managing the migration work, not on a full-scale Salesforce implementation, as the platform, engineering resources, and supporting technical teams are already established.Key Responsibilities* Lead and coordinate the CRM data migration effort from Dynamics to Salesforce.* Manage all project phases, including planning, execution, and closing.* Conduct stakeholder management and ensure clear communication across teams.* Oversee project coordination and execution to ensure milestones are met.* Work effectively with distributed teams operating across multiple time zones, primarily Eastern and Central.* Uphold traditional project management discipline and practices throughout the project lifecycle.Required Qualifications* Demonstrated experience leading data migration projects.* Strong stakeholder management capabilities.* Excellent written communication skills.* Proven experience in traditional project management roles.* Ability to support teams operating in Eastern and Central time zones.Preferred Qualifications* Experience with CRM migration projects, specifically from Dynamics to Salesforce.* Exposure to Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics platforms.* Experience within the healthcare payer industry. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
