Within Broker-Dealer Service Engineering, Client Data Shared Services builds centralized capabilities that enable Schwab teams to access, move, and use client data efficiently.As a Software Development & Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and production support of high-volume services, data pipelines, and event-driven solutions. You will make sound technical decisions, resolve complex engineering challenges, and remain accountable for quality, reliability, and business outcomes from design through production.Success requires hands-on technical leadership, adaptability, and close collaboration with product, architecture, vendor, offshore, and internal engineering teams.
