Overview

Helix Traffic Solutions is a leading provider of traffic control services across the U.S. and is expanding rapidly across the East Coast focusing on a territory from South Carolina to Maine. We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Enablement Manager to coordinate and accelerate growth across the region. This role is central to ensuring that Helix is identifying the right opportunities, competing effectively on bids, and building the strong customer relationships that will fuel our long-term expansion. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can operate with independence, influence without direct authority, and bring strategic clarity to a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the opportunity identification process for state DOT and construction-related projects across the East, ensuring all relevant bids and projects are captured and pursued
• Drive a disciplined, consistent pipeline review process across all operating divisions in the region, improving visibility and accountability for business development activity
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships with national and regional customers and coordinate cross-division efforts to pursue and grow those accounts
• Assess relationship gaps with key contractors and large customers across the region, and develop actionable recommendations to close those gaps
• Monitor pricing trends across major markets in the Southeast and lead the development of competitive, forward-looking pricing strategies
• Coach division team members and estimators on customer relationship development, sales tactics, and strategies for long-term account growth
• Track and report on key business development metrics — including pipeline value, bid win rates, and revenue growth — to measure progress and inform strategy

Key Attributes and Competencies

• Experience in the construction or traffic control industry, with a working knowledge of how projects are sourced, estimated, and awarded
• Familiarity with project estimating processes and the ability to coach others on competitive bidding strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple teams without direct authority
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and drive disciplined business development activity, ideally with experience using a CRM platform
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends, pricing data, and performance metrics to inform decision-making
• Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a large geographic territory
• Entrepreneurial orientation — comfortable operating in a dynamic environment and motivated by building something
