The earning potential is unlimited—with an average yearly income of $60,000 to $120,000. Plus, when it comes to big jobs, our underground installation team does the heavy lifting so you can focus on other projects and earn bonuses while the big work is in progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose & Troubleshoot Plumbing Issues: You'll be the go-to expert for customers, providing clear and professional solutions to all plumbing challenges.
• Perform Code-Compliant Repairs & Replacements: Every job you do is up to code, ensuring the highest quality for every client.
• Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Communication is key! You'll explain the problem and provide options in a way that helps customers make informed decisions.
• Work with Underground Crew: For larger jobs, you'll pass the work off to the underground crew and earn bonuses while you continue to serve other customers.
• Complete Invoices & Documentation: With our user-friendly iPads, you'll complete service invoices clearly and accurately.
• Keep the Job Site Clean & Professional: You'll maintain a professional image, ensuring that the work area, your truck, and equipment are always organized and presentable.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of plumbing experience (drain cleaning & general plumbing expertise)
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record —we need reliable team members on the road.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test to ensure we're building a trustworthy team.
• Excellent communication skills —able to explain technical problems to customers clearly.
• Self-sufficient and able to work independently, as well as being a team player.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate inventories and follow up with clients as needed.
• Desire to grow in the plumbing industry and continue your professional development through our ongoing training.

Physical Demands:

• Lifting/moving heavy equipment (up to 200 lbs.)
• Bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to work with your hands and use plumbing tools efficiently
