Position Overview:The VP, Senior Manager Procurement oversees the procurement process, develops and implements procurement strategies, manages supplier relationships, and ensures compliance with company policies.They analyze market trends, negotiate contracts, and lead a team of procurement professionals to optimize purchasing efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities:Develop sourcing strategies in conjunction with key business partners to ensure achievement of business requirementsDevelop key category strategies, including outsourced services and IT/development, in collaboration with stakeholders, to address risk, total cost, supply, etc.Monitor economic drivers, supply market, to assess impact to Client.Liaise with key internal stakeholders to determine their product and service needs; collaborate to ensure clarity of specifications and expectations are anticipated and met.Proactively bring cost management opportunities to stakeholdersSource and engage reliable suppliers and vendors, and initiate business and organization partnershipsExamine and test existing contracts; renegotiate as requiredLead contract negotiations planning and execution, in collaboration with internal stakeholdersProvide counsel to key stakeholders on both key legal and business terms during contract negotiationsDevelop vendor spend database and trackingSupport an improved source to pay process, including proper review of contracts by all necessary stakeholders, support coordination with Purchase Order creationOversee preparation of regular management reports and spend analysis (e.g., total vendors, vendor changes, new vendors, top vendors, Open Purchase Orders, highest vendors, contract compliance, etc.) and develops/reports on key performance indicators to measure performance and internal/external customer satisfaction levels.Track and report key functional and contractual metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectivenessControl spend and build a culture of long-term savings on total cost of ownershipEnsure contracts terms meet regulatory guidance and requirements.Ensure vendors and contracts are properly reviewed with Risk, Legal, and other stakeholders for proper due diligence Required Qualifications:Bachelors' degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or relevant degree; MBA preferred7+ years of procurement or related roleDeep experience working in procurement consulting, finance shared services, and outsourcing environment including procurement with thorough understanding of accounting controls in a Sarbanes Oxley environment, and managing or oversight of multi-entity and multi-state processes, including managing external service providers and vendorsExperience with managing RFI/RFP process for large complex categories of spendExperience with implementation and operational management of requisition to PO processDemonstrated problem solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset and able to work with complex business challengesExcellent analytical abilities and ability to apply mathematical concepts such as statistical data, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situationsCollecting and analyzing dataTalent in negotiations and networkingGood leadership capabilitiesProficient in ExcelBanking industry preferredExperience with online sourcing / procurement tools is a plus Salary: $120000.00-$150000.00/Year If interested, you may contact: Kath Torres View email address on click.appcast.io View phone number on click.appcast.io Kath Torres | LinkedIn Equal Opportunity Employer: ECLARO values diversity and does not discriminate based on Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status, in compliance with all applicable laws.
