Required Qualifications:
- Funding Leadership:
- Spearheaded investor relations initiatives and lead capital formation efforts.
- Financial Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Optimize capital allocation and manage financial risk effectively.
- Financial Oversight & Reporting:
- Lead the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and GAAP standards.
- Internal Controls & Systems:
- Foster a culture of strong internal controls.
- Optimize financial processes and leverage technology for operational efficiency.
- Analysis & Insights:
- Provide insightful financial analysis, data-driven recommendations, and strategic guidance.
- Raise equity and debt for new projects and development strategies.
- Partnership & Collaboration:
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and joint venture partners.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years in real estate finance or related fields.
- Proven success in raising equity and debt capital for real estate projects.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis skills.
- Proficient in accounting and financial reporting, with knowledge of GAAP standards.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and driving growth.
