Note: This role requires a Texas Bar license and substantial commercial litigation experience; candidates must be locally based in the DFW metro area for court availability. Job Description Lead and manage complex business and commercial litigation matters from strategy through resolution Draft and argue dispositive motions, manage discovery, and oversee depositions Appear in court for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials Develop litigation strategies aligned with client business objectives Collaborate closely with partners and support staff while mentoring junior attorneys as needed Serve as first or second chair in trial, depending on experience and matter needs Qualifications Active Texas Bar license in good standing 5+ years of directly relevant commercial or business litigation experience Strong motion practice, discovery management, and courtroom presence First-chair trial experience strongly preferred Ability to manage cases independently with minimal oversight Why You Will Love Working Here You will join a firm that genuinely values trial skills, strategic thinking, and professional maturity.
