If you're a licensed RN with leadership experience and a passion for long-term care, we'd love to hear from you!Job Duties:Supervise and manage all aspects of the nursing departmentDevelop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and care standardsAssess resident needs and oversee individualized care plansEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsConduct rounds, evaluate care, and initiate corrective actionsManage staffing, scheduling, hiring, and performance evaluationsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams and administrationOversee budget planning and resource allocationLead educational programs and staff development initiativesQualifications:Graduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent RN license (BSN preferred)Experience in long-term care preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a physically active environmentAt Progressive Quality Care, we're more than a nursing home management company — we're passionate about helping the facilities we serve deliver the highest quality care possible.
