Chart accurately and maintain up‑to‑date resident information. Monitor, measure, and document patients’ vital signs in MAR on the computer. Support treatment goals by assisting clients with medication, exercises, and ambulation activities. Perform frequent cleaning and sanitizing to maintain a healthy environment. Assist nursing staff with care needs of dementia and Alzheimer patients. Respond to patient emergencies and physically stressful situations to restore calm or administer treatments. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Med Tech certification. Current first‑aid and CPR certificate preferred. Significant experience in a home health care environment is strongly preferred. Good communication skills. Able to lift heavy objects, help move clients, and perform physical tasks. Comfortable using medical technologies and lab equipment.
