As a Cook, you'll prepare and cook a variety of menu items for daily meal service, following recipes and production records to ensure consistency and quality. You'll help maintain attractive service lines, monitor food quality and temperatures, assist with food prep, and work closely with the culinary team to provide an outstanding dining experience. The ideal candidate has strong cooking skills, enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to food safety and sanitation standards.

Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes, safety, and allergen policies that exceed our guests' expectations.

Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.

Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).

Experience with cooking in a commercial kitchen.

Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English.

Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner.
