Located just minutes from the shores of Lake Michigan, this 45-hour-per-week role (M-F) is perfect for a self-directed professional who wants to drive technical efficiency in a fast-paced, precision-focused environment.

responsibilities:

• Precision Setup & Tooling: Independently build tools and perform complex machinery setups to meet exacting design specifications.

• Advanced Programming & Monitoring: Code, modify, and monitor G & M code runs (Fanuc) to ensure production standards are met with maximum efficiency.

• Quality & Data Analysis: Review SPC data with Quality and Production management, making data-driven decisions to improve processes and part accuracy.

• Tooling Performance Optimization: Constantly evaluate tooling performance to implement improvements that increase tool life and enhance overall part quality.

• Technical Mentorship: Help train both new and experienced operators to maintain world-class quality and production standards.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
