Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Specialist based in Lafayette, LA. The role involves assisting clients with their insurance inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. On a daily basis, the specialist will handle customer calls, provide information on insurance products and policies, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
