Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Active state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in a school environment preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Passion for working with diverse learners in K-12 settings

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and update individualized therapy plans and IEPs in collaboration with educators and families
• Provide direct therapy services both individually and in groups
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support students’ educational goals
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation for compliance and progress tracking
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities
