Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer advanced respiratory care and treatments to patients according to physician orders.
  
  
• 
  Monitor, record, and evaluate patient responses to therapies and adjust procedures as needed.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Document all clinical interventions and patient progress accurately in EPIC electronic health records.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on respiratory health and management techniques.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards during patient care.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a minimum of 2 years experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC electronic health record systems.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current PALS, NRP, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
  
  
• 
  Possess the ability to work flexible shifts and varied days as required.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
