Job Title: Medical Training Program Coordinator

Location: On-Site, Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio

Employment: Full Time

Targeted Start Date: 30 SEP 2026

What you will be doing:

JYG is seeking a dedicated Medical Training Program Coordinator to support the U.S. Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM) in the planning, coordination, and execution of medical education, and training programs. This position helps to ensure personnel maintain required training, certifications, and professional credentials while supporting operational and deployment readiness objectives.

The Coordinator will oversee program administration, monitor training and readiness metrics, analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations that support mission effectiveness. Working with USAFSAM and the 711th Human Performance Wing this role helps ensure training programs, continuing education initiatives, credentialing activities, and readiness requirements remain aligned with USAFSAM priorities, regulatory standards, and Air Force medical readiness goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Educational and Training Support : Deliver educational, readiness, and operational medicine training support to ensure personnel maintain required competencies, certifications, and deployment readiness
• Training Data Collection and Readiness Reporting: Collect, track, analyze, and report readiness training data while coordinating with stakeholders to maintain accurate records and training compliance
• Continuing Education Support: Manage continuing education programs, support policy development, oversee program updates, and coordinate Warrior Training Center operations and scheduling
• Credentialing Management: Administer credentialing activities and monitor licensure, certifications, and required medical qualifications for assigned personnel
• Training Data Analysis and Performance Reporting: Analyze training program data, identify readiness gaps and implementation challenges, and improve reporting and data collection processes
• Planning and Support: Develop priorities and objectives based on program data, support deadline-driven requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals

You Must Have:

• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a favorable National Agency Check Investigation (NACI) clearance
• Proficiency with Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint applications
• A minimum of bachelor's degree, OR 10 or more years' experience and
• A minimum of at least 4 years of experience in a medical related environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of Air Force standards
• Knowledge of military and civilian guidelines that govern policy and procedure, successful completion of USAFSAM's and Department's orientation programs is required (After 60 days of hire).
• Knowledge/experience/understanding of Comprehensive Medical Readiness Program, Training Affiliation Agreements, nursing competencies, and obtaining continuing education units.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience with Air Force Research Laboratory United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM)
• Prior instructional experience
• Prior office management experience
• Proficiency with Excel, spreadsheet and data collection
• Experience with Learning Management Systems
• Knowledge of the Joint Trauma Service and Air Force Medical Service Clinical Practice Guidelines, and educational delivery methods
