Data Entry Clerk (High-Volume Data Entry)We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support a high-volume invoice processing environment. This position is heavily focused on accurate data entry and 10-key entry, with the responsibility of manually entering approximately 1,500 invoices per week. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent data entry accuracy, and experience working in a fast-paced accounting environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform high-volume manual entry of vendor invoices with a strong focus on speed and accuracy.Utilize advanced 10-key data entry skills to process large volumes of invoice information.Verify invoice details, coding, and approvals prior to entry.Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation.Ensure invoices are processed accurately and in accordance with company policies.Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.Reconcile vendor statements and assist with account maintenance.Maintain accurate records and documentation within the AP system.Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices and payment status.Assist with month-end AP activities and other accounting projects as needed.Qualifications1+ years of high-volume data entry experience.Strong 10-key typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.Experience entering and processing large volumes of invoices.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred.This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX.The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
