Caregiver Essential Duties: 

• Assist clients in personal care and medication administration
• Provide support with ambulation and mobility
• Basic housekeeping 
• Plan and prepare meals
• Electronic charting and documentation
• Attend training as needed
• Provide client transportation in company vehicles 
• Assist client in leisure activities
• Be supportive, caring, and attentive 
• Be willing to work cohesively with other co-workers.
• Act quickly in case of emergencies

  Caregiver Requirements : 

• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED.  
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a caregiver background check.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs preferred.
• A driver's license preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing.
• Must be compassionate, respectful, and have good interpersonal skills.
• Good time management.
