This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a fast-paced dealership environment. As a Lot Attendant, you play an important role in creating a positive first impression for our customers by helping maintain an organized, clean, and professional dealership appearance. What We Offer Competitive pay Daily pay options available Health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance ($50,000 benefit) 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Community Impact Day – a paid day off each year to volunteer and give back to your community Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service Career growth opportunities within the Mastria Automotive family Family-owned and operated company with over 60 years of success Responsibilities Maintain the appearance and organization of new and used vehicle inventory Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership, service drive, and storage areas Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for display or customer delivery Assist with vehicle deliveries and customer pickups Perform routine lot checks and report any vehicle damage or maintenance concernsInstall license plates, dealer decals, and other vehicle accessories as needed Keep the lot, parking, and dealership grounds clean and presentable Assist sales and service departments with vehicle transportation and other tasks as needed Support dealership events and special projects Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day Previous automotive or dealership experience is a plus but not required Why Mastria?
