Perform basic laboratory tests and administer medications as directed.

Schedule appointments and coordinate patient follow-ups efficiently.

Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Communicate effectively with team members and support staff.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.

1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting is a plus.

Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, eClinicalWorks a plus

Current CPR certification is required.
