A well-established health system in Upstate New York, 40 minutes from Rochester, is seeking a Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician to join a collaborative and well-supported team.

This is a full-time, employed position offering a balanced mix of ICU coverage and pulmonary care , with strong clinical support and modern resources that allow you to practice at a high level.

Position Highlights:

• $515,000–$550,000 base + incentives
• Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance

Clinical Scope:

• ICU rounding and critical care management
