On-Site IT Help Desk Technician - Customer-Focused Support

Laguna Development Corp

Laguna Development Corp seeks an IT Help Desk Technician to join our on-site Corporate IT team in Albuquerque, NM. You will be the first point of contact for end users, troubleshooting a range of hardware, software, networking, and printer issues while ensuring timely resolutions. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and experience with Microsoft environments. A high school diploma or GED is required; IT certs (A+, Network+) and virtualization, Cisco, #J-18808-Ljbffr Laguna Development Corp
