Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship both now or in the future.Position Summary:The Product Marketing Manager – Risk Shield is responsible for executing go-to-market programs that support Pareto's Risk Shield portfolio. This role develops messaging, sales content, customer communications, enablement materials, and growth and retention programs that help commercial teams win new business, strengthen customer relationships, and retain Members.Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing – Risk Shield, this role serves as a key partner to the Sales and Customer Management teams.Key Responsibilities:Support execution of go-to-market initiatives across the Risk Shield portfolioDevelop and maintain sales presentations, playbooks, battlecards, one-pagers, case studies, and customer-facing materialsCreate and manage customer communications across implementation, onboarding, renewal, and retention touchpointsDevelop customer proof points, success stories, case studies, and value narratives that support commercial conversationsPartner with Sales and Customer Management teams to support enablement and training initiativesMaintain and continuously improve sales and enablement content within Seismic and other commercial platformsSupport Consultant First, National, and Member engagement programs through content and program executionConduct competitive and market research to support messaging, enablement, and sales strategiesGather and synthesize field feedback to identify opportunities for improving messaging, content, and customer experiencePartner with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to support product launches, campaigns, and GTM programsTrack program performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvementLeverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, enablement, and program execution while maintaining high standards for quality and accuracyQualifications / Skills:Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skillsAbility to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling contentExperience developing sales enablement and customer-facing materialsStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneouslyStrong collaboration skills and comfort working across cross-functional teamsAnalytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionProficiency with presentation development and content management toolsProficiency with AI-powered productivity, research, and content development tools, with demonstrated ability to incorporate them into day-to-day workflowsCuriosity and aptitude for identifying new AI use cases that improve quality, speed, and efficiencyMinimum Requirements:5-8 years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Communications, Product Management, or related fieldsExperience supporting B2B sales organizations preferredExperience creating customer-facing and sales-facing contentHealthcare, employee benefits, insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industry experience preferredBachelor's degree requiredPerks & Benefits:Fully paid medical, dental, and vision benefits.Flexible PTO401k company contributionTuition reimbursementProfessional development allowanceTransportation allowance and daily parking reimbursementEngaging hybrid work environmentWe are guided by our values:Fire in the bellyThe drive to learn, to improve, and to deliver outstanding value every day.See the fieldThe ability to see the big picture and prepare to meet tomorrow's needs.Get it done rightThe passion to produce at higher rates and to the highest standards.For the greater goodA united community creating better health benefit solutions for all.Please note that any communication from our recruiters and hiring managers at ParetoHealth about a job opportunity will only be made by a ParetoHealth employee with an @paretohealth.com address.
